Yes — visit Manage Reservation with your reservation number and phone. Cancel 24+ hours before delivery for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee; under 24 hours it's a 50% refund. Once delivered, the rental is non-refundable. Date and address changes are usually approved instantly.

Pick your rental, choose your dates, and pay with card or Cash App Pay. Your bin is instantly confirmed the moment payment goes through — you get a reservation number right away. Inventory is limited, so paying secures your spot.

Rental fees are based on bin reservation, not usage — the bin is held exclusively for you. Finish early? Request pickup from Manage Booking at no extra charge. Unused days aren't refundable since the bin can't be re-rented while it's reserved for you.
