Last updated: April 28, 2026

These Terms govern your use of whiskywaterrentals.com and any rental booked through Whisky Water ("we," "us"). By booking a rental, you agree to these Terms.

We rent 14-yard roll-off dumpsters for construction debris, residential cleanouts, and land clearing in South Texas. Optional loading crew service is available on select bookings. Allowed materials and weight limits are described at the time of booking.

Prohibited Materials

You may not place hazardous waste, paint, oil, batteries, tires, refrigerators with refrigerant, asbestos, medical waste, or other restricted materials in the dumpster. Prohibited materials may result in additional charges or denial of pickup.

SMS Terms

If you opt in to SMS at booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Whisky Water about your rental — booking confirmations, delivery windows, pickup reminders, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not stop your booking from being fulfilled — we'll reach you by phone or email instead. We don't sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whisky Water's total liability arising out of any rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking (with refund where appropriate) for abusive behavior, suspected fraud, or repeated misuse of our equipment.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the "Last updated" date above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
