SMS / Text Messages

If you opt in to SMS at booking, we send you transactional messages about your rental — confirmations, delivery windows, pickup reminders, and changes. Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not prevent you from booking or receiving service.

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate the business:

• Square — payment processing.
• Twilio — SMS delivery and phone number verification.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• AgentMail — email handling for our whiskeywaterrentals@agentmail.to address.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
