• Payment info — card payments are processed by Square. We do not store your card number on our servers; Square handles the card data directly.
• Basic site data — standard server logs including IP, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.

02How We Use It

• Confirm, schedule, modify, and complete your dumpster rental.
• Send service-related SMS messages — booking confirmations, delivery windows, pickup reminders, and schedule changes — plus email receipts.
• Respond to questions you send by phone, text, or email.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

03SMS / Text Messages

If you opt in to SMS at booking, we send transactional messages about your rental: confirmations, delivery windows, pickup reminders, and changes. Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not prevent you from booking or receiving service.

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

04How We Share

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the business:

• Square — payment processing.
• Twilio — SMS delivery and phone number verification.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• AgentMail — email handling for our whiskeywaterrentals@agentmail.to address.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

05Data Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal requirements — typically up to 7 years. You can request deletion of records that aren't required by law by contacting us.

06Your Choices

• SMS — reply STOP at any time to stop messages.
• Access & deletion — email us to request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it.
• Cookies — the site uses minimal cookies needed for the booking flow and Square payments. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the booking form may not work.

07Children & Changes

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
